Looking for feedback

Hello,

We are considering a new product in the CDI market that would provide 52 separate weekly, easy-to-use, customizable e-mail alerts on common CDI problem areas. The content will provide continual CDI reminders, reinforce training, and provide ongoing education in advance of ICD-10. (The email content will include information on documentation adjustments necessary as we move toward ICD-10 implementation as applicable.) CDI or HIM managers would be able to distribute the user-friendly education quickly and easily across multiple departments, including CDI staff members, physicians, HIM, etc. CDI mail would make for a quick and easy way for CDI managers to provide ongoing training for CDI staff and physicians across an organization.

Would something like this be beneficial for you and your team? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I believe it would be a great benefit to coders, HIM and CDI specialists, not to mention the physicians and case-managers. However, please keep the cost minimal. Subscriptions are one of the first hit in decreasing budget costs but this would be beneficial by increasing CMI.

Yes- These continual CDI reminders would be very beneficial to the CDI staff as well as the Coders. Small bits of education to the physicians and other providers weekly would be wonderful.
