We are a small rural facility, so as Director of HIM, project management fell to me. I have a multi-disciplinary team "assisting" me. I had an ICD-10 trained trainer on staff as a supervisor, but 4 weeks ago she decided to go another direction in her career. She was gracious and extended herself to remain as per diem for the next 18-24 months to do the training and maybe some auditing. Not sure if that fits your question. At this point, I will not be hiring any additional resoures for ICD-10 implementation. My goal for implementation is for it to be "A/R neutral". We'll see how it goes.
